These Terms govern access to Auronix websites and account services. Final legal text requires review and approval by qualified legal counsel before production reliance.

1. Account eligibility and registration information

You must be legally able to enter these Terms and may not use the platform where prohibited. You must provide accurate registration information, including your name, email, country, mobile number and sponsor code when applicable, and keep it current. One person may not create duplicate or misleading accounts. Eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction, age, compliance requirements or platform policy.

2. Password and account security

You are responsible for protecting your password, devices and account sessions. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Auronix may require password confirmation, security holds or additional review before sensitive actions.

3. Investment positions and proposed reward rates

Investment positions and the proposed daily reward-rate range are governed by the settings effective when calculations occur. Published rates are proposals or illustrations, may vary, and are not promises. Rewards are not guaranteed. No illustration is a projection of future performance.

4. Three-times earning cap

Under the current program design, a position stops earning when attributed earnings reach three times its principal. Cap calculations, attribution order, eligible earnings and position status are determined by the platform ledger and applicable rules.

5. Withdrawable and Top-Up Balance

Eligible credits may be allocated between Withdrawable Balance and Top-Up Balance. Withdrawable Balance may be requested for payout subject to these Terms. Top-Up Balance is non-withdrawable and may only be used for supported platform functions, including eligible position funding or transfers.

6. Referral, level and rank income

Referral and level income depends on valid relationships, active positions, qualifying directs, unlocked levels, earning-cap availability and current settings. Rank qualification and rank rewards are not guaranteed. The current Rank reward policy requires 20 qualifying active direct IDs in addition to the applicable team-volume, self-investment and other eligibility conditions. Manipulation, self-referral abuse or artificial volume is prohibited.

7. Deposits

Send only the specifically accepted token on the displayed blockchain network to the exact address shown for your request. The token contract, recipient, amount and confirmation count must pass verification. Wrong networks, tokens or addresses may cause irreversible loss. Approved deposits credit Top-Up Balance only and do not themselves create ROI, referral or rank income.

8. Withdrawals and fees

Withdrawals use Withdrawable Balance only and may be subject to minimums, maximums, stated fees, security holds and Admin review. Approved transfers are processed manually and become complete only after blockchain verification. Processing targets are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Blockchain, trading and digital-asset risks

Blockchain transactions may be delayed, reorganized, rejected or irreversible. Smart contracts, networks, custodians, counterparties and wallets can fail. Trading and digital assets involve substantial loss risk, including loss of all contributed value. Auronix does not guarantee capital protection, liquidity, token value, withdrawals or returns.

10. Account suspension

Auronix may limit, suspend or close accounts to investigate security incidents, inaccurate information, prohibited conduct, legal or compliance concerns, duplicate accounts, fraud or threats to platform integrity. Ledger and audit records may be retained as required.

11. Platform-setting changes

Auronix may change rates, fees, caps, qualification rules, limits, supported networks, processing targets and availability for operational, market, security, legal or compliance reasons. Material changes will be recorded and communicated where appropriate.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not commit fraud, impersonate another person, evade controls, manipulate referrals, misuse deposits or payouts, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, disrupt service, access another account, launder funds or use the platform unlawfully.

13. Support and disputes

Raise account or transaction concerns through the authenticated Support area where possible and provide accurate references. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. Formal dispute procedures and time limits remain subject to the final legally reviewed terms.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auronix and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages, blockchain failures, market losses or losses caused by incorrect wallet instructions. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

15. Governing law

Governing law and the competent forum are placeholders pending qualified legal review and confirmation of the operating entity and permitted jurisdictions.
